
Joyce Ilg (born October 12, 1983, in Cologne) is a German actress, presenter, voice actress, comedian, web video producer, and author. After graduating from high school, Joyce Ilg began studying Photographic Engineering at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences in 2004, completing her degree in 2010 as a *Diplom-Ingenieurin* (graduate engineer). Concurrently, she took acting lessons and later worked with various acting coaches. She landed her first television role in 2004 in the series *K11 – Kommissare im Einsatz*. This was followed by appearances in productions such as *Unter uns*, *Alles was zählt*, *Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei*, and *Der Lehrer*. She gained wider recognition for her role as Saskia Brunner in the series *Dahoam is Dahoam*, in which she starred in over 300 episodes between 2007 and 2009. In addition to her television work, Ilg was also active as a presenter, hosting shows such as *Loop – Wissen Hautnah* and *Zipp – Wissen Unterwegs* on RTL. Starting in 2013, she also achieved success on YouTube. Following regular appearances on the channel *Ponk*, she launched her own channel, "Joyce," which had garnered over one million subscribers by 2026. Together with Luke Mockridge and Julian "Julez" Weißbach, she also co-founded the YouTube channel *Snoozzze*. Furthermore, Joyce Ilg has appeared in programs such as *Luke! Die Woche und ich*, *TV total Wok-WM 2015*, and *Verstehen Sie Spaß?*. In 2020, she joined the cast of the comedy series *Binge Reloaded* on Prime Video. In 2019, she co-authored the book *Hätte ich das mal früher gewusst!* with Chris Halb12; the book remained on the *Der Spiegel* bestseller list for several months. She also works as a voice actress; in 2022, she voiced the character Ms. Tarantula in the animated film *Die Gangster Gang* (*The Bad Guys*).
