Synopsis

Estaminets, bouillons, bouchons… in every region of France, dozens of restaurants showcase their regional heritage. Run by people who are truly passionate about their region, they are committed to highlighting local traditions – from the décor to the speciality dishes and the atmosphere. Every week, Yoann Conte and Norbert Tarayre will visit a different region to sample the cuisine of eight restaurateurs. Every day, two restaurants will go head to head!
