Synopsis
Pavel Valerievich works in the administration of a small village. He is in no hurry, does not dream of the capital and sincerely believes in the principle: "where he was born, he came in handy there." Everything changes when an order comes from Moscow to start a video blog about the activities of the administration. The first issue is so comical and strange that it collects thousands of likes and views. Now Pavel will have to continue filming, which will turn his life and the life of the entire village upside down.
