Ceremonial Officiator

The protagonist, Ryuhei Oyamada, is a successful manager at a housing company. After a major project, he is unexpectedly transferred to lead the "Ceremonial Services Department," a role he initially sees as a demotion. He struggles to adapt to his new duties, which involve organizing weddings and funerals for company employees. Through various conflicts and challenges, he gradually begins to appreciate the profound human connections and emotional depth of his work.
