
Graham Churchyard is a British costume designer and former costume effects supervisor. He began his career working behind the scenes in costume effects, helping with fabrication and assembly—among his early contributions was assisting Lindy Hemming and others on Christopher Nolan projects. Over time, he shifted more fully into costume design, particularly within large-scale genre films, notably with Marvel Studios. One of his earlier major recognitions came for his work on Don Quixote (TV movie, 2000), for which he, along with Charles Knode and Robert Worley, was nominated for the 2000 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Costumes for a Miniseries, Movie or Special. He served as costume designer on Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), and he was a costume designer on Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) with Mayes C. Rubeo. His awards and nominations include being a 2000 nominee for the Primetime Emmy Award for Don Quixote for Outstanding Costumes for a Miniseries, Movie or Special (shared with Charles Knode and Robert Worley). He was nominated in 2025 for a Saturn Award for Best Film Costume Design for Deadpool & Wolverine (shared with Mayes C. Rubeo) by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films, USA. He was also nominated in 2025 for a Latino Entertainment Journalists Association Film Award (LEJA) for Best Costume Design for Deadpool & Wolverine (shared with Mayes C. Rubeo).
