Kelly Piper was born on 1 September 1950 in the USA. She was an actress, known for Rawhead Rex (1986), Maniac (1980) and Vice Squad (1982). She was married to Kenneth A. Locker and Samuel M'Cheyne Glasser. She died on 4 December 2009.
