Inspired by the life of Rafael Sánchez, better known as Jack Veneno, the film follows the rise of the Dominican Republic’s most iconic professional wrestler. From humble beginnings to becoming a national hero, Veneno faces not only the battles inside the ring, but also the emotional weight of a friendship that turns into a fierce rivalry with José Manuel Guzmán, known as Relámpago Hernández.
