5★STAR Grand Prix 2021 ~Final Round & Championship Match~ was a professional wrestling event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom, held on September 25, 2021 at Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. It served as the seventeenth and last show for the company's annual round-robin singles tournament and included matches with all remaining competitors (except Giulia, who was ruled out with an injury several weeks prior), leading up to the thrilling Red Stars vs. Blue Stars final match in the main event.
