Three years after the 2020 incidents involving the Coronamonster, Dr. Hurtado is investigating the disappearance of a surfer south of Lima. But during one of his visits to the Devil's Sigh in San Bartolo, he encounters a strange being that will challenge everything he knows about the case, and he won't stop until he uncovers the truth behind this mysterious disappearance.
