Synopsis
It's rare when one man can inspire a nation and unite them in pride. It's even rarer when an Englishman can do this for Ireland. But when Jack Charlton took the reins of the national Irish football team, he did just that.Presented by Colm Meaney, this entertaining and insightful documentary revisits Irish football's historic era on the international stage through humorous and honest interviews with figures like John Giles, Paul McGrath, Ardal O'Hanlon, and Jack Charlton himself.
