Synopsis

Boldyrev, member of the Committee of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, at the XXVIII Congress of the CPSU, as well as speeches in different years by N. Khrushchev, M. Suslov, D. Likhachev, which touch on aspects of this complex problem, is given.
