Synopsis
Dr. Stefan Heim, a war veteran, falls in love with hotel owner Christa von Söldern. Together, they build a future for themselves: Stefan opens his own practice, the two start a family, and their happiness seems complete. But dark clouds soon gather—unexpected problems put their lives to the test and shake their idyllic world to its core.
